About Us

Matt Morgan is a musician, composer, and producer from Greenville, SC.

Matt has experience as a live sound engineer for renowed artists including Hootie and the Blowfish and Steve Morris. He began touring the country as a vocalist and guitar player with a variety of bands such as award-winning Seconds Flat and The Lackies. Matt had the pleasure of sharing the stage with artists Christian Bush (Sugarland)Yonrico Scott (Grammy Winner)The Old 97’sShawn MullinsSara Evans, and The Marshall Tucker Band.

After touring the States, Matt moved to New York and worked on sound design for theater productions while continuing to perform live. He then returned home and opened his own commercial recording studio. Since then he has been producing bands and musicians while performing guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo, piano, dobro, drums,  and vocals for his clients in multiple genres.

 

Since owning Sit-N-Spin, he has produced and engineered albums with Damn Louise, Delaluna, Edwin McCainSnarky Puppy, Travis Smith, Yonrico Scott, DMX, Derek Trucks, Marcus King Band, Jacob Johnson, Whitney Walters, and many others.

He is currently owner of Sit-N-Spin Recording Studios, and also Managing Partner of GVL Media, a Greenville based Video Production company.

Daniel Gregory is a Mix Engineer and a graduate from Berklee College of Music. 
He's a multi-instrumentalist with decades of experience in the live music industry, both on stage and running the soundboard. He comes to us from being a live sound engineer at the infamous Ground Zero. 
Some current credits for recording include Jamie Wright Band, Strange Orchard, Shyland Flowers, Mean Sweetie, The Greenville Jazz Collective, Mitchell Wolfe, Eli Edwards, and Lindsey Stirling
His specialties include Rock, Metal, Pop, Electronica (EDM), R&B, Hip-hop, Folk, and is a fan of music in every genre.
